At Lead Legal Solutions, we strive to provide high-quality paralegal and notary services. Because our work involves time, expertise, and in some cases government filing requirements, refunds are limited as follows:

1. Paralegal Services

• Payments made for paralegal services are non-refundable once work has begun.

• If you cancel a service before work starts, you may be eligible for a partial refund, less any administrative fees.

• Completed services are not subject to refunds, as professional time and resources have already been invested.

2. Notary Services

• All notary fees are non-refundable under Texas law, even if a notarization is refused due to incomplete, invalid, or improper documentation.

• Travel fees for mobile notary services are non-refundable once the notary has arrived at the scheduled location.

 

3. Document Templates & Digital Products (if offered)

• All sales of digital products, templates, and guides are final and non-refundable.

• If you experience technical issues accessing your purchase, please contact us and we will assist in resolving the issue.

 

4. Deposits & Prepayments

• Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing.

• If a service is prepaid and subsequently canceled before work begins, you may request a partial refund, subject to review.

 

5. Disputes

If you believe you are entitled to a refund under this policy, please contact us in writing at [insert your business email] within 7 days of your purchase or scheduled service. All refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
